These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SHEAR STEEL AI OS, including its Social Media AI Department and related web-based tools, dashboards, analytics, and account-connection features.
SHEAR STEEL AI OS is designed to help authorized SHEAR STEEL users manage internal workflows, review social media analytics, coordinate content operations, and connect approved third-party platforms through their official APIs.
You may use the service only if you are authorized by SHEAR STEEL. You must not use the service to violate applicable law, third-party platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or security controls.
Connections to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or other services are subject to those platforms' own terms and policies. Access may change or be revoked by the platform provider. SHEAR STEEL AI OS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party APIs.
Third-party accounts are connected using official authorization methods such as OAuth. Users should never provide account passwords directly to SHEAR STEEL AI OS. Authorization tokens are intended to be stored securely on the server and used only for approved purposes.
The system may analyze data, generate recommendations, prioritize work, and assist with decisions. Financial payments, purchases, contractual commitments, sensitive public statements, and other high-risk actions remain subject to required human approval.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that content, data, and instructions submitted to the service are lawful and authorized. The service may process platform metrics, profile information, public content metadata, operational records, and related evidence required to provide the requested functionality.
Users must protect their own login credentials and must not attempt to bypass access controls, audit controls, approval gates, or security restrictions. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
SHEAR STEEL may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when required for security, compliance, platform-policy changes, maintenance, or operational reasons.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Analytics, recommendations, forecasts, and AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before they are used for significant business, technical, legal, or financial decisions.
